Founder & Managing Director

Patrick Reichl

Patrick Reichl founded PCM-Reichl out of a clear conviction: technical construction projects succeed where planning, coordination and on-site reality are consistently thought through together.

He is responsible for the company and for our projects towards clients – with a focus on the reliable delivery of demanding building-services projects in electrical, HVAC/plumbing and building automation/MSR.

As your point of contact, he stands for clear communication, binding commitments and solutions that work in practice.

Nico Muninger

Head of the Memmingerberg office

Heads our office in Memmingerberg, where client meetings also take place, and is responsible for specialist planning. He keeps design status, schedules and responsibilities together across all trades.

Mark Gallus

Responsible for electrical design – from power supply and distribution through safety systems and lighting to data networks and photovoltaics. He coordinates cable routes and plant rooms with the other trades in the model.

Simon Kurz

Responsible for heating, ventilation, cooling and plumbing design – including process cooling and cleanroom ventilation. Systems are sized by calculation, with energy efficiency and operation considered from the start.

Timo Starkmann

Responsible for building automation and MSR design to VDI 3814 – vendor-neutral and coordinated across all trades. From the function list to commissioning, he makes sure the systems control the way they were designed.

Head of CAD/BIM

Marcel Nägeli

Responsible for CAD design and BIM models – the basis for coordinated planning and clash detection in the model. From the as-built model based on the 3D scan to the construction model, he keeps all trades on a coordinated status.
